VITRUVIAN POLICIES

We respectfully request for the following:

• All mobile phone must be switched off or put to “silent” mode as concentration and focus during your class are important while practicing the program(s). If you need to take an urgent call during class, please talk in the waiting lounge.
• We recommend that no jewelries to be worn during workouts.
• Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed in the studio.
• All clients must wear socks for workouts.
• Clients are not allowed in the studio unless the instructor/physiotherapist is present. 
• For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the studio.
• We request that all clients be punctual for their session, as we do not make up for time lost for any reason (Traffic Jam, rush hour time, Family Matters, etc

CANCELLATION & VALIDITY POLICY 

Please note that VITRUVIAN has a strict 24-hours cancellation policy. Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of session. Late cancellation and “No Show” will be considered as session attended and please kindly let us know if you wish to confirm lates by 8.00pm, otherwise it will be considered as session attended.

In the event that the Instructor/Physiotherapist unable to attend the confirmed schedule, VITRUVIAN will automatically replace the respected instructor/physiotherapist to other instructor available. If the client refuse the substitute instructor/physiotherapist, please be aware with the package validity.

The validity of package(s) taken is good for the periods as follow;

• Package of 5 : 1 month from the date of the first session is taken 
• Package of 10 : 2 months from the date of the first session is taken 
• Package of 30 : 6 months from the date of the first session is taken
• Floating Package of 10 : 6 months from the date of the first session is taken
• Floating Package of 30 : 12 months from the date of the first session is taken 
• All Indiba Package : 12 months from the date of the purchases
• Manual Therapy Package of 5 : 1 months from the date of the first session is taken
• Any Un-used Package : 12 months from the date of the purchase

Should there be numbers of unattended session left when the validity period is elapsed, the remaining sessions will be considered as attended and become null.

All package(s) which has been purchased are not REFUNDABLE nor TRANSFERABLE.
